Diane’s career spans A & R, Artist, Producer and Studio management. She’s overseen and managed the international careers of numerous artists signing them to both Major and Independent record labels and publishing companies. In addition to her artist management and production companies, she is Co-Chairman of the MMF - the Music Managers Forum UK. Diane is also a qualified Professional Coach and has provided specialised coaching for people working in all areas of the Arts.

Owner - Deluxxe Management
Deluxxe represents artists and songwriters. The company enjoys a long history of managing the careers of both new and established acts. Recent success included UK artists Scouting for Girls who were found, managed and developed over six years taking them from an unsigned act to major Live Arena stars with a No 1 Triple Platinum Album, nearly 3 million sales over three albums, four Top 10 singles, five Top 3 Airplay hits including two No 1’s, four BRIT Nominations and an IVOR NOVELLO nomination for the Most Performed Work for “This Ain’t A Love Song” whilst also promoting them as writers for other artists including One Direction and Alexandra Burke. Emerging artists on the roster include Nik Lloyd, Flight Brigade and A Girl Called Ruth.

IDEAL MUSIC PRODUCTIONS LTD is an artist development and production company for new music talent. Founded by Diane Wagg and Jake McNeill the company is currently developing several rising stars whilst also providing guidance and consultancy to other artists and individuals new to the industry.

Co-Chairman - The MMF - Music Manager's Forum
The MMF is the largest representative body of Artist Management in the world with over 400 members in the UK, representing over 1,000 of the most successful acts on the planet. Our emphasis is on implementing positive actions to assist our members with a keen eye on the 'next generation' of entrepreneurs and innovators. We provide a collective voice and focus on providing real, meaningful value for our members and their artists – helping unlock investment, open up new markets, encouraging a fair and transparent business environment and driving a 'global agenda' in this digital age.

Co-Owner - Rise Management
Represented artists including Republica, Beth Orton, Mike Scott (The Waterboys), Rialto, Miles Hunt (The Wonder Stuff), Sunhouse, Towering Inferno, The Drum Club.

Early Career
Prior to Rise, Diane was Director of record producer Tony Visconti’s (David Bowie, T.Rex, The Boomtown Rats) group of companies for five years. She managed Visconti’s Good Earth Recording Studios in London (clients included Duran Duran, George Michael, U2, the Sisters of Mercy, Altered Images and the Stranglers) and travelled regularly to the US and between Visconti’s companies in the Channel Islands and the Netherland Antilles.

Diane started her career in A & R at EMI Records before moving into artist management where she worked with Philip Lynott and Thin Lizzy - she has never recovered!
