THE JAMES CPD QUESTIONNAIRE
From Sept 2007 full-time FE teachers to undertake at least 30 hours of CPD per year, for the purposes of updating their knowledge of the subjects they teach and further developing their teaching skills. Part-time teachers must undertake pro-rata amounts of CPD.
This questionnaire is structured so that we can find out what teachers need and what they want.
We have tried to keep it as simple as possible, whilst respecting that there will be a huge range of needs and levels of knowledge between teachers.
Please tick as many boxes as necessary. We, like all educators, are aware of the cost implications of different structures.
Please also add any comments that indicate your particular needs.
Comments can also include difficulties experienced with funding.
Please pass on details of this questionnaire to as many staff members as possible.
