FE APPROVED CENTRES
DEEP RECORDING STUDIOS
Deep were the first FE establishment in London to be awarded Centre Approval by JAMES. This recognises the relevance of their training courses to the Music and Recording Industry.
Deep has a long established FE partnership with Kensington & Chelsea FE College.
Deep was the first UK centre to be approved for all Levels 1,2 and 3 of the new City and Guilds 7503 certificates in music technology and sound engineering skills.
These qualifications meet the broad skills required for the music and sound industry sectors in the 21st century.
Andy McBride recognised at MPG Awards
Andy who teaches at Deep Studios was awarded the “unsung hero” award at the 2009 MPG awards event. Evidently he arrived for work the next morning clutching his gold microphone which he said was in perfect working order.
