Lisa Holloway
Lisa plays a myriad of roles: Presenter of Brighton's popular media and arts event The Space for which she interviews key people in the arts sector in front of a live audience, Chair of creative industries leadership group Creative Brighton, Music Business Lecturer at Northbrook College and Fundraising Manager for annual international music festival and convention The Great Escape. She was Chief Executive of the successful music industry organisation Brighton Music Network which she set up and developed for four years.
Lisa is a Creative Industries Consultant and recently completed a project with Sussex Learning Network which involved setting up creative industries conferences and networking events for Heads of Music, Theatre and Higher Education, and implementing progression agreements for Music and Theatre between educational establishments across the South East region. She sits
on the South East Media Network council and Brighton & Hove Economic Partnership.
Lisa has an equally diverse background: as well as acting and directing in the UK, Scandinavia, Europe and Eastern Europe and teaching theatre at various colleges in adult education and children's theatre, she ran training, sales, operations and customer services departments for Internet and Telecoms companies Thus Plc and Demon Internet.
