TiME: Technology in Music Education UK is a sister organisation to JAMES. It is an alliance of Music Industry Organisations, Educators and Practitioners, dedicated to making sure that the great potential of Music, Film and Media Technology is realised across all of Education from early years to seniors.

TiME values the joy of music making and how music making fosters confidence and resilience. We also value how music making enhances learning in all subjects and at all ages. TiME values innovation, planning for the future, impact and excellence. We value holistic approaches to education and organisational skills and the development of creative human potential. We also value sustainability in an economic and emotional environmental.

TiME’s work is to raise awareness of the potential Music Technology in Education, in Government, Music Hubs, Schools and with Teachers. TiME also lobbys and Informs Opinion Formers. We liaise with our industry, organisational and educational partners to create impact. We supply relevant and appropriate training for teachers, opinion formers, funders, parents and learners and also train practitioners as peripatetic teachers thus creating employment. TiME encourages inclusivity and gender balance, whilst publicising the great work that people are doing internationally with Music Technology in Education.
