STEVE PARKER
Steve started his music production career at Marquee Studios in 1978 before moving to Scorpio Sound Studios. In the early eighties he became a freelance engineer & producer working both nationally and internationally for independent and major labels. He has produced artists such as The Fall for Rough Trade and undertaken engineering duties for Tears for Fears and The Rolling Stones amongst many others.
Steve entered academia over twenty years ago and became a Principal Lecturer at Leeds Beckett University where he wrote and delivered undergraduate and postgraduate courses. He achieved a MSc in Creative Technology and completed his PhD in 2010. Steve is a Senior Fellow of the HEA.

Steve is an Academic Advisor for JAMES and is currently Accreditation Manager.
