JAMES EVENT LIBRARY - PHIL BODGER
Phil Bodger’s professional career has encompassed analogue tape, razor blade editing, the birth of polyphonic synths, midi, samplers, and DAWs. He has worked in the music, tv, film and most recently podcast industries as engineer and producer, and shared his knowledge and experience when teaching and lecturing on music production courses, in person and online.
Phil’s expertise lies in adapting to a variety of work environments, in the studio, in a live venue or on a film set and his holistic approach to all things audio enables him to deliver successfully in a range of situations. Helping students to understand the transference of skills and thereby create more opportunities for themselves is a subject that Phil feels passionately about.
Discussions about his own experience and career, alongside practical demonstrations of Logic and Pro Tools would also feature in lectures or workshops.
